I love to bake since my childhood, but when I started to write this blog my enthusiasm about desserts started to be a fanaticism. Since that point, I've been working mostly in the world of desserts, and I really love that.
I've lived and worked as a pastry chef already in 3 country , and I can't wait to explore more and more countries and of course more dessert culture.
The french desserts are my favorite, but I like to think further everything and I love to create new and exciting combinations.
And how is for me a perfect dessert?
It's imposing, and it has a style, it has a message. Something what is memorable.
